The presenter will share the outcomes of a study that employed autoethnography, participant observation, and document analysis to assess the impact of faculty participation in a learning community focused on community-engaged scholarship. Grounded in reflective practice, the study found evidence of the transformative impact of participation, with attendant community benefits.
